1. Your personal data (your image) is recorded and processed through the CCTV system for the purposes of preventing and deterring unlawful acts.
2. The legal basis for this processing is SOUTHROCK11’s legitimate interests in preventing and deterring unlawful acts, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
3. Your personal data may be disclosed, in addition to third-party service providers acting on behalf of SOUTHROCK11 (such as IT service providers), to judicial, prosecutorial and law enforcement authorities and/or to any individual who is depicted in the relevant footage as the victim or perpetrator of the aforementioned unlawful acts.
4. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
5. CCTV recordings are retained for a period of 15 days, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, or data portability, you may contact SOUTHROCK11’s Data Protection Officer by email at [email protected] or by post at the above address. Requests submitted through other means of communication, including fax or telephone, will not be accepted.
