Southrock Asset Management was founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Yannis Delikanakis in collaboration with the EOS Group, led by Karel Smerak (BoD member).

The partners established Southrock with the goal to create an institutional investment and asset management firm with exceptional expertise in real estate and a unique ability to manage both equity and debt investments.
